Oh, where to start.
Well, firstly I'm 30 years old and I'm from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, UK.
I'm a busy Home educating Mother to my 8 and 3 year old children,
I'm a full time Mummy to the newest addition to our family who isn't yet one.
I'm a wife to a busy DJ and Producer.
I'm a full time slave to my family, our pets and the housework.
Oh, did I mention I write? I've been writing novels for a long time but they usually ended up fermenting on my hard drive and never get seen by anyone. That was until I wrote The Learning Curve. For some reason (maybe unobvious to you) I really fell for Trent Archer in this novel and I love his and Jessica's story, I felt it deserved to be told, or read if you want to get technical.
So, where did I find inspiration? Well I have read so many authors and hold so many fictitious characters dear to my heart that I thought 'Sod it, I'm going to try that' and Jess, Trent and Clary came to life.
Authors I admire, wow, I could write a list that would constantly be added to. Debra Anastasia who wrote the amazing POUGHKEEPSIE (and gave me Beckett and Blake to love forever) is probably the writer I would love to meet in person the most.
S.C. Stephens who brought the D-Bags and Kellan Kyle to our lives is a huge inspiration, Thoughtless, Effortless and Reckless, the ultimate love triangle writer.
How could we not mention E.L James and the Fifty Shades of Grey Triliogy, Christian Grey is my ultimate book boyfriend.
So, a little about me and my hobbies, well I couldn't give you an insight into me without mentioning I'm a totally Somerholic (Ian Somerhalder fanatic) I'm not even gonna be deny its sad how much I admire the man. My husband feels like Ian is a part of our lives ha ha Even my text tone is Ian's voice not to mention my phone case has had his face on for the last two years. The work Ian does with the ISF is so inspiring and yes I was mortally wounded when I found he wasn't going to be our Christian Grey in the Fifty Shades movies. I'll have to stick to my Vampire Diaries addiction and all his other roles.
I love reading, spending time with my family and I'd like to think my family is as tight knit as they come. I love them all to bits (flaws and all) I love music, so many genres and I'm a die hard Take That fan from the age of 10 years old. I support my husband in his career and we've attended many various Hard Dance events but The Pleasuredome has been my favourite thus far. Time will tell if any other event will top it.
I love Skegness!! I've religiously gone to Skeggy and I'm still not bored of it ha ha I don't care what people think of it, caravan holidays are my idea of a proper holiday ha ha
I love to draw, my work may pale in comparison to others but I enjoy doing it.
I love my pets, our Golden Labrador Charlie is the best gift I have ever recieved and hes getting on now but I love him as much as ever. We also have a bat shit crazy African Grey Parrot who thinks she is a canary ha ha
